How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data from NextContent at any time using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete Your Account
Log in to NextContent, go to your account settings, and select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data, including:
- Your profile and account information
- All connected social media account data and tokens
- All content briefs and AI-generated posts
- Analytics data
- Brand profiles and workspace data
Option 2: Email Us
Send an email to nam.nguy3019@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we remove:
- All personal information (name, email, profile picture)
- OAuth tokens for connected social media accounts
- Content briefs, generated posts, and publishing history
- Analytics and engagement data
- Brand profiles and workspace settings
What We May Retain
We may retain certain data where required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes). Any retained data will be anonymized where possible and will not be used for any other purpose.
Revoking Platform Access
In addition to deleting your data from NextContent, you may want to revoke our app's access from your social media accounts directly:
- Facebook/Instagram:Settings > Security > Apps and Websites > Remove NextContent
- LinkedIn:Settings > Data Privacy > Permitted Services > Remove NextContent
- TikTok:Settings > Security > Manage App Permissions > Remove NextContent
- YouTube/Google:Google Account > Security > Third-party apps > Remove NextContent
