  • Content data: Briefs you submit, AI-generated content, and publishing history.
  • Analytics data: Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach) synced from your connected social media accounts.
  • Usage data: Log data, device information, and how you interact with our platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and publish social media content on your behalf.
  • To sync and display analytics from your connected accounts.
  • To improve our AI content generation quality.
  • To communicate with you about your account and our services.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Data From Social Media Platforms

When you connect a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant. This may include the ability to read your pages, publish posts, and retrieve post analytics. We do not sell data obtained from Meta APIs. We use this data solely to provide the services you requested (content publishing and analytics display).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate content — only brief text is sent, never your account credentials.
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, storage) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality.
  • Legal authorities if required by law.

6. Data Security

We encrypt OAuth tokens at rest and use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
