NextContent is an AI-powered platform that generates social media content from user-submitted briefs and publishes it to connected social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect third-party social media accounts, you authorize NextContent to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf, including publishing posts, reading analytics, and managing content. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account within NextContent or through the third-party platform settings.

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the briefs and inputs you provide.
  • AI-generated content produced by the Service is yours to use as you see fit once generated.
  • You are solely responsible for the content published to your social media accounts through the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Generate or distribute spam, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextContent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or social media account standing.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
